Waters Homes is located in Charlotte, North Carolina and is still building strong after over 50 years of construction.  While our state and cities have grown and changed in the last half century, Waters Homes still builds with the same guiding principles that our late founder, C. A. Waters, built on some 50 years ago ... "Build a quality product at a fair price" ... a simple, yet bold statement that still rings true today.  Now we are building homes for children and grandchildren of former customers, a true testament of our quality and value.
